Preparing for the Perseids

Our son was keen to see the Perseid shower last night but the light from the kitchen was too distracting.

So my wife agreed to switch off the lights and continue the reading of her horror story by the light of the screen. Produced an error effect, both inside and out!

In the end we saw many flashes. With a compact camera and a maximum 15 second exposure they were not something blippable!
