Steaming Watercress

All this week, Thomas and friends are running at the Watercress Line in Hampshire. Today, we introduced young Master H to them. The extra photo is of himself admiring Iron 'Arry at New Alresford Station.

In addition, we enjoyed a return journey from New Alresford to Alton behind the Sir Nigel Gresley designed A4 Pacific "Bittern' (sister to the world record breaking Mallard). A great day out, made all the better by the many volunteer workers and made only slightly less enjoyable by the number of wasps.
