Aubrieta, Blue Beauty

This delicate Aubrieta, looking for all the world live a miniature pansy is growing in a window box on the outer window ledge of our bedroom. Mrs. Joesblip's, who is the chief gardener around here is having a tough time this summer. The gardens are rapidly assuming the properties of swamps after all the rain and too many of her "babies" have been hammered into the ground by the raindrops or else blown to smithereens by the wind. Perhaps she should concentrate on planting a few mangrove trees. They would enjoy life around these parts. Tomorrow I am hoping to blip some football.That will make for a change in the routine.
