Rescued!

An eventful night last night! The forecasted storm began with lightening about 11pm and didn't really do too much till 1am when the rain hammered down, thunder roared and the lightening stepped up a gear!!
One big crack sucked the air through the house slamming my bedroom door, which woke everyone up! We all ended up peering out of the bedroom window just watching the storm! :). 20 minutes later it had pretty much passed by and we all headed to bed again.
By the time I got up in the morning, Sunny had rescued a frog from the pool, ridden his bike, discovered ... Something! I can't remember what now!! And was currently cleaning the pool with Frank!!!
Wandered into the nearest super market to do a food shop then sat in the cafe for a morning coffee.
Relaxed, ate, walked down the drive to pick flowers, swam (after a lot of persuasion....it was overcast and cool but I couldn't have the poor boy begging for someone to join him any longer!!). It was lovely, quite refreshing. We even managed to coax Cathie in for a swim... But not Lou!!!
B-B-Q for dinner. Sunny decided it was his job to look after the BBQ! He did a very good job. Cleared up, had dessert.
A bit more relaxing, then moved inside for a bit more relaxing, then bed! :)
