Arbroath Waves

Met up with friend L. for lunch at the Corn Kist near Arbroath and enjoyed a good catch up on all the news.  Her latest medical results have been very positive, although she is yet to feel the benefits of the treatment and has been told it will take a long time for her system to recover.  She has lost so much weight that I feel like an elephant beside her, but she is getting her appetite back slowly.

We had a quick stroll by the sea, but it was wild and windy although not cold, so we didn't stay long and the sunshine was most welcome after a very wet start to the day.
