Long shadows.

Our Thursday morning walk skirts the golf course of the St Ives Estate. At the top we pass between two greens and you can just make out the flag here on this hole.

Gorgeous sun right from the start and I love the light coming through these trees creating great long shadows and a sparkling sheen on the dew soaked green.

It is my son Alex's birthday today and it is a very rare occasion for him to be home for it these days so we are meeting him for a meal tonight at the local pub where he will be eligible for free drinks all evening! We'll have to pay!
