Saltmarsh

Another lovely morning.  We decided to walk in the opposite direction from Blakeney and head for Stiffkey.  The tide was in, but wasn’t as high as it had been on Saturday.  We had a lovely walk along the coastal path, quickly arriving in Morston.  Too quickly really as we planned to have lunch there.  To kill some time we went and explored the church and then sat in the churchyard for a little while enjoying the sunshine.  BB found a shaded corner and read his book.

We had a lovely lunch at the Anchor Inn before heading onwards towards Stiffkey.  The sun disappeared and the clouds rolled in, but it was still a lovely walk.  When we reached Stiffkey we headed to the delightful Stiffkey Stores for ice creams all round and then waited on the bus back to Blakeney.

Another lovely day out!  Once home TT was the delegated cook, so I had a wander round the village and explored an old churchyard. BB watched a Harry Potter film and then when he was in bed, TT and I started watching The Spiral.
