Comfortable

A few years ago a friend said she thought John and I would like New Zealand, it's like Scotland only more so.

We arrived in Aukland this afternoon to pouring rain. Our home exchangers D and M met us at the airport and following a quick catch up handed over the keys to their home and car. They are off to Australia.

We hit the evening traffic from the city and it poured and poured all the way for two hour drive. By the time we arrived a gale was blowing. 'Guess What' fellow blippers, it is like Scotland.

The house is lovely with the log burning stove and the friendly face of D brother to meet us. That's the end of the long hauls for a couple months thank goodness.

Singapore was a great experience, we left last night and flew into Sydney to see a beautiful sunrise at 6.00 this morning, stunning. The camera wasn't to hand and a lazy iPad shot of a warm looking home.
