Clouds in the pond

These past two days have been very busy getting everything ready for school which starts tomorrow. After such a long summer holiday Thomas is not really looking forward to school starting again, but in a way he is bored and therefore is quite pleased about going back. He starts his GCSE's this year so it will be a busy year.

Luke is off work today and so is having two friends over tonight, and he asked me to please get some beers at the supermarket but I bought the wrong ones yesterday, so this morning I took them back to exchange them for the right ones. Then I made a big chicken curry for them to enjoy tonight when they get back from playing golf. Luke only has three more days of work and is very pleased to be finishing up as he is quite bored with it now, and wants to have time to see friends before he heads off to university.

Adam is on a Personal Trainer course - it is actually about a 10 week course but because he has done Biology for A levels he is on their fast track course (with some other candidates) and will only attend lectures for about 4 weeks and study the rest of the course at home. It all works out rather well as he writes the final exam the day before he starts university.

I took a few minutes today to get these photos at the West End pond in Esher. I have also been very busy as I have a school committee meeting tonight and so had to read all the relevant material before the meeting.
