" OH HAPPY DAY "

We went to Mevagissey for the day and underestimated how warm it would be having  had some cold winds recently.  So coats etc were soon removed as we basked in the sun.

It is a proper working fishing village ~ see smaller photo, and as you would expect plenty of fish & chips being sold.  We both enjoyed a delicious crab sandwich on Soda Bread at the Sharksfin Restaurant and they were really yummy with pure white crab meat.

The 'beast'  enjoyed the drive, eager to race around the many corners with no traffic.  We could never enjoy driving in Somerset in the same way as it was always too busy.

Of course Phoebe enjoyed her walk down to the sea as usual and the day ended peacefully.

I hope you have all enjoyed a wonderful weekend and the week ahead is kind to you.  Thinking of my sister (Redflash) as she returns back to work after her holiday and hoping she will have been missed in a nice way.
