Cunningsburgh an da Caribbean Princess

It's been a mild day, no wind and the odd light drizzle shower after lunchtime.

Well there's not much to report on today, apart from being off work with the cold!  I thought I was getting better but this morning it was like taking two steps back.  Throat remains sore and still coughing.  Taken new tablets and they seem to be working better.  So it's been a quiet day at home and a quiet evening too, with mam popping by, also my sister Laura earlier and Brian too.

I nipped over to Sandwick to get more flu tablets from the shop.  On the way back, I couldn't help but spot the Caribbean Princess anchored off from Lerwick.  The massive cruise liner has been the second largest town in Shetland today with passenger numbers over 4,000.  Looking north from the Clift Hills and down over my Township of Cunningsburgh, with Aithsvoe and my house just out of sight, but can see mam's house on the left, next to granny's house and Uncle Leonard's.
