A good constructive day with a number of Board sessions thinking about the system and how to improve it.

Then on to finalising my thoughts for a presentation tomorrow as part of a European seminar for the social work profession and, for me, thinking about the practicalities and dilemmas of having volunteers in a tribunal system.
