In the night garden

I've been out in the garden waiting to see if I can see the Aurora or pick it up on the camera but no luck tonight so here's a photo of last nights aurora. You can see the star formation of the Plough and the horses in the field that still seem to be able to eat all night long.
Tonight was clear again so plenty of stars and the Milky Way was above my head. I could hear the hedgehogs snuffling and the owls were screeching to each other and still the horses munched. Saw a couple of shooting stars and the lights of three fighter jets flying high on night practise.
