Plus the delight of the final dress rehearsal of "Orphee et Eurydice " at the Royal Opera House.

Juan Diego Florez must have been on stage for most of the time (apart from the final overlong dance interlude) and it is a hugely demanding role. He was totally amazing - yes, as close to perfection as I'm ever likely to see.

And the sculpted ballerina continues to rotate ! Her globe against a clear blue sky.
