Disaster day

Had a dreadful day today - lost my spectacles!
Hunted high, low, everywhere and then again and again, as did Fiona - but they appear to have vanished off the face of the earth.
Really handicapped without them so an insurance claim and a visit to the optician seem to be on the cards.
Looks like today will turn out to have been an expensive one.
.... And still we have faithful primulas in flower!
Cheered me up a bit....but not for long!
