A Day Of Many Weathers

After yesterday's eventful escapades, I was hoping for a quieter day today ... Well it wasn't perfect, but by comparison it was a walk in the park ... :o)

The weather, however, wasn't quite so nice ...
It started off cloudy, but dry ... then soon turned into cloudy, but wet ... and then cloudy, but very wet ... (we even had a couple of very heavy down-pours with bolts of lightning and crashes of thunder thrown in for good measure) ...
Gradually though, as the afternoon progressed, the more persistent rain and drizzle subsided and the sun began to break through, leaving just the beautiful clouds on the horizon ...
(Perfect for a quick stroll around the block whilst my tea was cooking in the oven) ... :o)
