Little green men

These little green men (maybe they are bears?!) are dotted at the bottom of a load of street lights on Rokeby Road, Subiaco. I've gotten pretty close here, for scale they are about 10-15cm tall. I tried to find some info on them but came up empty.

Either way I like them! I always keep an eye out for them when on that road.
