Early Morning Ride

"How deep is it?", I was asked.  "Not deep." I replied.  I still think they were unsure but I said as long as they stuck to the middle it was fine.

I missed the sunrise and low mist that was just fading as I drove out at 8:30 am.  I'd spent about half the night coughing, isn't it typical that we often get colds after a holiday.  Hopefully a better night tonight might let me see the sunrise tomorrow.
