MonoMonday - Cultural

I have to be honest, things have been a bit hectic the last 24 hours so when I noticed that the mono Monday challenge was 'cultural' I thought I'd give it a go.  But how do you define cultural?  In the end words like society kept on coming up so I present you with the council badge for my employer.  

Now back to the 'other' job.
