Opening Day

This morning we had the official opening of the Peace Garden on the site of High Wycombe Quaker Burial Ground. The ceremony was performed by the Vice Chairman of Wycombe District Council and Val, one of our Meeting's Elders. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny morning for the occasion; it was a lovely culmination of the work that has gone into this project from all concerned. We look forward to this space serving as a haven of peace and tranquillity for the community for many years to come.
