Virginia creeper

Today's the day ........................ to see red

I'm not really a great fan of the Virginia creeper.

For most of the year it tries to take over the world.  It grows at a tremendous rate covering everything in sight and appearing in places where you really don't want it.  But just for a week or so, at this time of the year, I have to say that it does turn a glorious shade of red .......................
