The visit.

I only had a limited time in the gym this morning, because J had to take our g/daughter to the railway station, and pick me up on the way back. I had to make sure that I didn't get into too many conversations, but Les was there, and he does go on a bit. It all went to plan, and J was there when I came out. When I got home  I went into the bedroom to change, and I saw that the Goldfinch was back. I did my housework, and then sat out the garden for about an hour. I was freezing , but was lucky enough to get a shot . I think their plumage is beautiful. Our evening meal today is, salmon, herby small potatoes and peas. Dessert will be the same as last night.
