I left the flat earlier this morning to go to the Vodafone shop to get the SIM of my now repaired phone activated. I thought it would be a rather straightforward thing but, of course, it wasn't! Why technology cannot be just simple and straightforward? Why there are always so many bloody problems? I'm tired of wasting my time trying to get things fixed. honestly, I've had enough!! I think I would simply be happier with no computers or mobile phones at all. The customer service muppets at the Vodafone shop didn't even know what I was talking about and now I can't get any service on my "new and repaired" mobile phone. On top of that, every single app I had downloaded and all my photos and contacts have been wiped out. I just can't be bothered anymore with all this... it's draining my energy...

Work felt long and the weather was rubbish.
