Up for the Chase

A trip to the garden centre this morning for a bottle of weedkiller and I came away with a pear tree. I've been looking for one for a few weeks and today they had exactly what I wanted; I would have taken a different car had I known but as I was in the small soft-top it had to stand in the passenger well and stick out above the windscreen; at least I got it home in one piece. The picture is of a table of miniature cyclamen plants that were on sale.

Early Blip today as we are about to leave for a recording of a Christmas edition of The Chase. You might recall that I was in the audience for a celebrity edition of Pointless a few months ago; it will be shown on BBC1 this Saturday. If they show the audience at all, I'm the bald bloke near the end of the back row (for the avoidance of doubt, if they don't show the audience, I'm still the bald bloke near the end of the back row).
