The top three

The Walking Festival is over and it has been brilliant. The weather has been kind most of the time, but the main thing is that the walkers have been in good spirits and determined to enjoy every walk.

I walked about 60 miles over 7 of the 9 days of walks, but that is a long way behind the three walkers, James, Sandy and Geoff, who did the long walk every day.  107 was the total from our brochure, but the actual mileage, measured on GPS, was nearer to 114.

Well done to them.

Arth and Aggie have coped very well and probably want a week off. (Don't tell them that we will be out again on Wednesday as usual..........)
