Boring Blip Alert!

Well I did warn you!

Mr W and I were rudely awoken by an Alarm Clock this morning as we had a day of training - Indicators of Abuse in Children. Quite a heavy morning, rudely interrupted by a Fire Alarm! Luckily I had just been handed a latte to keep me arm as we stood for 20 minutes in the car park!

This afternoons session was a Support group that I usually hate but managed to tolerate today and actually quite enjoyed it as a few of my suggestions are to be followed up. 

Quite trip to Tesco for essentials before home for dinner of Chinese Spice Salmon Kebabs. Quick, easy, tasty and good for you!
