Alton Water

It turns out if there's no wind, there's no sailing. Ellie and I were meant to have our first sailing lesson, and drove to Alton Water raring to go. We commented on what a beautiful day it was, and how still the water was; 'perfect' we thought! As soon as we got there, we were of course told that it's impossible to sail when there's no wind, so our lesson was postponed. We went for a walk around the reservoir instead and had a catch up, before I head back and baked a cake for Mum's birthday tomorrow. When G got home, we went over to Mum's for a comfy night in and stayed the night.
