A RURAL VIEW

We had hoped for a friendlier day, but the sky kept grey, a soft grey, but still grey.
In the afternoon we drove to Herstelle, not far from our town. And we walked when we had parked the car an unknown road. Not a path really, but a quiet road, with wonderful view. Quite a discovery we thought.
If only the sun had come out, but one can not ask too much in october.
In a meadow a large party of chickens with one or two cocks.

Thank you all dear Blipfriends for your lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's picture. I am glad you liked it, as I liked it myself,

My haiku:

Where am I, the cock
Thought, or who am I, better
Ask the chickens soon

And the proverb:

To be no chicken.  ((= no longer young)
