Promotion

Given the weather forecast, today was set aside for a long overdue tidy-up of the workroom.  It is always the opportunity to clear out and I was surprised how many gardening magazines I had collected and how heavy they were collectively.

This task takes a while.  Books have a new fascination, scraps of paper from trips require some reflection, stuff of unknown origin and mysterious function demand investigation on their way to the black plastic, hangings propped up by books are hung and old friends are found so we enter reminiscence.  This bowl is one such.  It has been promoted to the coffee table.
