Merrythought

I found this bone on the shore of Scapa Bay and have no idea what it is. Any ideas?....

Update...I am told that it is the furcula of a seabird. I looked up 'furcula' in an old dictionary and another word for this was 'merrythought'. Maybe connected to the idea of it also being the wishbone.
