A new face?

Whilst the tufty ears are the same as Blacktail this fellow has a much lighter tail - and he's also very furtive and fast - as if he knows he's on someone else's territory - but he's emptied the feeding box once already today - and seems to be burying the nuts quite close by - so I think he's going to stick around. According to the Cumbria Wildlife warden I chatted it through with the woods we live in should be able to support a population of around a dozen or so Reds - and whilst we now recognise a few different characters I'm pretty sure we're not up to that kind of number yet - so welcome little fellow!

Blipping early as off to see Bond. I wonder how many of those of us who watched these at Christmas as kids thought he'd still be going strong fifty years later?
