Fell View - Center Parcs, Penrith

The last time we stayed in a property like this was in my brothers house in Anchorage which backed on to natural forest complete with bears - unlike the spruce plantation that is our backdrop while we are here. This photo was taken later in the evening photo as we hadn't had time to unpack and I forgot to take my camera out with me earlier (too busy trying to solve the mobility problem).

An excellent journey meant we arrived at the centre just after four, so we missed the check-in queue and were able to drive straight round to our chalet.

As you are not allowed to keep your car in the `village' we needed to call up the access mini-bus to take us to the restaurant area as dad was unable to walk the distance.

Eventually we caught up with the rest of our family in the `superbowl' where they'd been having a whale of a time. The English and Aussie cousins getting along really well - meeting Bobby for the first time.
