A Very Important Package
Today turned out to be one of those days that has many small but happy things jam packed into it that all add up to form a truly fantastic day!
We took the longer morning walk through the more distant sheep enclosure, and guess who were already there? The sheep!! We were so happy to see them, mum said she had been sure they were inside already. And we know they are our flock, because there is one black and one multicoloured among the grey and white.
Then we went to my very good friend B for coffee. I got shrimps, cheese and liver pâté, twice! And loads and loads of cuddles. I LOVE B! She keeps telling me we're friends! No embarring incidents this time, I didn't even bark at the postman.
That could have been a wrap, but we still had the obedience class to attend. I wore my new LED light "collar" which is more a rubber band, plus my high-viz vest, which was good considering all the bikers and runners that share the space with us. We worked hard and I got nice German treats for my efforts.
When we came back, which was very late, there was a package in the mailbox. Not just any package, but a package for ME! And mum, ok ok. It was very intriguing, because it smelled Alice! and - coffee? Anyway, it was obvious it was mine, so I went bananas and insisted on helping opening it ASAP - mum was soo slow. Minutes later, it was OPEN! I'll blip it tomorrow! Thank you so much chrissel!
