Fanabe

Very warm last night.........this calimah is still,hanging over the island making it very humid, 31 degrees today, really saps your energy, not that we've got a great deal at the moment, so,laid back, we are almost horizontal ;-)

We had a walk and decided to go up and round rather than down and round, stopped for coffee en route, then sat and watched th boats coming into the harbour for a while.

Another wander, until we found somewhere for a light lunch, I had smoked salmon salad and water, hub had roast chicken fries sale and red wine......;-)

We continued our ambling along the seafront, into Fanabe, a favourite spot to watch the waves rushing in.........we walked part way back, but jumped a taxi for the final upward section, just to sticky to tackle!

We now have our glad rags on and are off out to see a show tonight........then hopefully a good nights sleep, if it's a little cooler that is.

We did stop and pause recognising today's date along our way this morning too.
