Taking cover

Today was to be the big Lavaur vide grenier. So of course it poured from morning till afternoon. Like this bug (not sure what it is but we've been seeing a lot of it on these ornamental garlic flowers), we sheltered all day. I have to say this has been mine and the kids' laziest weekend for a long time, I don't count the ironing done in front of a Harry Potter movie as work - since I was only doing it to get to watch the movie and not have to do DIY.

So the garden has had the really good soak it needed, and tomorrow is supposed to be sunny again so I will have to tackle the six foot weeds that this rain will have encouraged. But first there are bids to prepare and more ironing to do...
