2015 Monday -- The Birthday Boy

Certainly not a good photo in the subdued restaurant lighting and he probably has a mouthful of birthday dinner, but it's not terribly bad and it does somewhat capture the moment. It was his third restaurant meal of the day.

A friend took him out for breakfast while I spent my morning at the campus for the beginning of Final Exams week. Then together we enjoyed lunch with another couple, Al & June, who we've known for years and they also have a vacation home on the coast in Cayucos.

For dinner we enjoyed the company of our daughter and son-in-law at a favorite Italian restaurant, Macroni Grill.

Altogether it was a very good 70th birthday for Mr. Fun. That certainly sounds like someone else's age.
