Stanage Edge

After the drive up to Sheffield we had a quick dive out to the Peak District under heavy skies. The light was already going at 3pm and the wind was blowing drizzle about. Peg and I walked up the old stone path to Stanage Edge - a classic millstone grit escarpment much beloved by climbers and boulder-ers. It was an old favourite of ours.

Later pints in the Beer Engine, Cremorne and then with Mike for an Indian. All good fun.

Driving and thinking abut a blog at the same time is not to be recommended.
