Home time

And... we're back, a lovely break with such nice friends.  Far more relaxed than when we went away on Friday and with a New Year camping trip booked.  

The boy helped pack up the camp site, mostly by unpacking a cardboard box and playing with the contents (a kettle).  Given this kept him entertained for a good half hour, he can have a box with a battered camping kettle any day of the week if it keeps him quiet.  

Coming back, we should probably start thinking about Christmas, tomorrow is a public holiday (it's new, the brain child of some politician - who closes the shops this close to Christmas?).  So it would seem we will be Christmas shopping two days before the big day.  Oooooops.
