OXO

This is part of our “Winter” display, rather than Christmas display. In other words these lights stay in place until the beginning of summer!
This OXO tin is an old one that has travelled through life with us - obviously these stock cubes were a larger part of life than they are now!
Tomorrow is Midwinter’s day but since the turning point is in the middle of the night, shortly after 2:00am, the effect is that today and tomorrow are the same length and the day after the day gets longer, albeit less than a minute longer.
