Doon tae Eid

The gales continue today but lots more showers, heavy at times and some haily-puckles too.  

Another days holiday and had a great day.  A fairly lazy start to the day but I finally got out and about.  Me and Sammy went down to see granny at the care centre, popped along friends Iris and Douglas after and then up to see my sister Laura and family, also mam was along and friend Robbie working on her garden shed.  Off to work early in the pub tonight.  A few festive party goers in the bar and possibly more to come :)  Hopefully finish early and head home to get my feet up for the night :)

I had to drop a CD off to a neighbour, well he's up the road a bit.  His house looks back down to me, the neighbours and mam too.  The showers passed for a moment and gave a chance for the sunshine to break through.  Taken from Wilhoull, looking down to Eid (Aith), Cunningsburgh.
