2015 Monday -- Meet Miss Jade

We arrived home today from California's Central Coast. Late last night our granddaughter Desiree arrived in southern California from Missouri with her husband Justin and their infant daughter Jade. This evening they drove to Yuicipa to get Desiree's 8-year-old son Tristan (he lives with his father).

Then Des phoned us to ask what we were doing. Now that they are in California, they wanted to go out for dinner to authetic Mexican food, so we joined them, and we got to meet for the very first time our great-granddaughter, little Jade Estella. She is a precious little bundle.

It was a fun and unexpected moment for us. We were real glad we decided to come home a day early from the Central Coast.
