Windless (Day 234)

Today, the wind disappeared. Orkney in winter, when the sun is shining and the wind has gone, is an even more special place. The thermometer in the car said it was three Celsius as I set out to wander up the hill with the woofers. I was soon far too warm.
There was a brief stop at home before my beautiful wife and I headed to Stromness for a ride on some big horses.
Afterwards it was back home to collect the dogs and straight out to Skaill for a wander as the sun started to sink. It was a beautiful day, and the 3 Bob challenge of "landscape" set by HV was perfect.
Bob complained about the challenge topic today.
