OK But Somehow Not The Same

Our Christmas Day.

First order of the day, Clare to the supermarket to obtain some non dairy milk. The stuff Clare and I picked up on the 23rd was Coconut Milk which would account for Mark not finishing a single cup of tea I made him yesterday.

To be fair though he never said a word!

Depending on your preference either a Bacon & Egg or Sausage & Egg sandwich to start the day.

Dinner went into the oven and we opened the first bottle - White!
Christmas Lunch was a great meal, turkey and all the trimmings followed by a choice of around four desserts.
Then onto gifts, the children seemed genuinely pleased with their 'haul', getting the things from their 'lists' they didn't ask for a lot but they are both happy tonight.

An evening of wine - rose, chocolate, mince pies, cake etc.

I enjoyed the day but it seemed something of an anti-climax!
