I do like to be beside the seaside!

Today we took B. to visit the North Norfolk Railway, affectionately known as 'The Poppy Line' and travelled on the 'Mince Pie Special' between Holt and Sheringham...and yes, there were warm mince pies and sherry!

We were blessed with clear blue sky and sunshine again which made the walk along the promenade chilly but pleasant.
My extra photo is of a rather handsome black-headed gull in winter plumage who posed perfectly for us.

I do like to be beside the seaside
I do like to be beside the sea
I do like to stroll along the prom, prom, prom
Where the brass bands play:
"Tiddely-om-pom-pom!"
