Abstract Thursday - Reflections

A beautiful sunny morning so we made the most of it with a long(ish) walk to Headley Hall and back.

The maize fields have been harvested, thankfully before the recent heavy rain, and all that is left is the stumps of the plant stems.

The rain has collected in great big puddles in the tractor tyre ruts and the low midday sun was creating some great reflections and shadows.

I also decided to create new blip profile avatar - managed to get Finlay sitting next to me for a 'selfie' - using my little Lumix held at arms length.
