Sweets
In a bid to rid the house of all bad things, we've eaten (and drunk) almost our body weight in food!
We've still got quite a bit of chocolate, but it will keep and will be nice to have just every now and then as a treat.
I'm ready to start healthy eating from tomorrow, massively motivated by the fact I don't want to look like a walrus in a wetsuit when we swim with sharks in September!
Before that though, I've agreed to model at a wedding fair in February, which is just before we go to New York, so that gives me 7 weeks to lose some excess baggage.
No pressure.
Maybe I should be more like Mama A, who came out with this little gem today.....her sister has suggested they start Slimming World, at the local class but this is on a Wednesday. 'We go out for tea on Wednesday' said Mama A. I suggested she gave tea a miss so she could go to the class, but she replied 'no, it's Kentucky'!
Oh dear :-0
I hasten to add, she doesn't really need a slimming class, I think she's just moral support for her Sister.
