Waiting to go home

We've been at Antelope park for three nights and had a wonderful time, spending an awful lot of time reading books and playing with Alex, who has had a wonderful time.  He loves being outside and, thankfully, loves camping, phew.  

He (obviously) watched as we packed up early this morning, leaving by about 7.30am.  We naughtily failed to correct a mistake in the bill that went our way, justifying it, as you do in many ways.  We think they will survive the oversight.  

Back to the farm and a good few degrees hotter, we've loved cooling off for a few days, although the farm does offer some respite from the mosquitos that were at Antelope Park. 

All is well at the farm and we had a three course New Year meal which was lovely, too much wine and food, which is a pretty good way to welcome in the New Year.
