End of a long week. Just 4 more working days before holiday - yippee.

Ended up staying late a short while to finish off some work that's going to upset a few people (because it's going to make them look unprofessional and ill informed, which, considering their job is to be well informed, is going to be uncomfortable for them). The frightening issue is they believe that their service data is up to date and accurate. How to make friends....

This was this evening of one of the few roses in the garden.

A few minutes wandering around sinking into the very wet grass. This was the nicest shot but it's a bit soft.

Off to download some books to read for holiday. Any recommendations gratefully received.
