My sister in law's flight left at 10 at night, so we decided to spend the night at my sister's place which is 20 minutes' drive from the airport, rather than driving the 2 hours to our home in Swellendam. My sister then asked us to bring her some clothes from her house to her beach house, where she has been staying for the last month, so we decided to go there on our way home, a bit of a detour, but she rewarded us with a lovely 'braai' of lamb chops and boerewors (sausage). She also had an old friend visiting whom we have not seen for some time, so that made it even nicer. This is the view from her lounge window.
