Kinley

I walked into town today to get some exercise. After nearly a week of sitting, I was beginning to feel stiff and achy. The weather was ideal. No rain. I can't manage an umbrella at the moment. 

Picked up my medical certificate from our GP's surgery, then called into the fabric shop close by. I had been due to start on a sewing course there on Monday, but had to cancel after my accident. I rebooked on the next course starting at the end of February. 

R made our evening meal again tonight. He's been a real star over the last week. I'm going to miss his company, and his help next week when he is back at uni. Our boy has become a truly wonderful man. I'm a very proud mum!
